On behalf of the European Society for Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (ESUBE), we are honoured to formally request the  endorsement for our 2nd UBE Masterclass held from Feb 26-28, in Seville, Spain.

Building on the resounding success of our inaugural meeting in Montpellier, this second edition is set to deliver even greater academic and clinical. We anticipate between 80 and 100 international attendees, all of whom are actively engaged in the evolution of minimally invasive spine techniques, mentored surgical training for more than 40 expert faculty worldwide. 

What’s new in 2026?

• 1. A refined and dynamic programme: One Basic and one Advanced course, completed by the 1-day congress. 
• 2. A dedicated module on spinal fusion techniques
• 3. Three hands-on surgical labs: Each participant will be immersed in a 5 hours structured training path:
  • Basic lumbar decompression (discectomy and laminectomy)
  • Advanced lumbar fusion (facetectomy, disc preparation, cage placement)
  • Cervical decompression (foraminotomy, laminectomy)
